Refunds & Return Policy

At Kaachvalaym, we understand that our glass bangles are delicate and fragile. Due to their nature, we regret to inform that refunds are not possible in the following cases:

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address:
  If the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

  2. Incorrect Address Format:
  If the address format is incorrect, including any form of a PO Box address, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

  3. Failed Delivery Attempts:
  If our courier agent fails to deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

  4. Package Refused by Recipient:
  If the recipient refuses to accept the package, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

  5. Sizing Issues:
  We take great care in crafting our glass bangles, but sizing issues may arise. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sizing issues.

  6. Minor Colour and Design Variation:
  Our glass bangles are handmade, and there may be some variation from the photographs on our website. Minor colour and design variations are not considered defects.

  HOWEVER, REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES within 5 days from delivered:

  1. Packages Lost in Transit:
  If your package is lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

  2. Wrong Item Shipped:
  If we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you, we will promptly replace the item with the correct one at no additional cost.

  Refund Process
  
  You can return a product within 5 days from received.If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned product. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  Changes to Refund Policy
  We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
